If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exhange or refund. We gladly accept returns within 3 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
- Please contact our Customer Service Team by filling our contact us form. Indicate the item(s) you would like to return along with the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience is highly appreciated.
- After receiving the return instructions, please package the item(s) to be returned with the original packing to be picked up.
- Most returns are processed within 24 hours; after we receive your package we will issue the refund to your Vivo Fashion Wallet. The wallet balance can be used on your next purchase.
- You have 3 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 3 days of receipt.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, and accessories (except bags).
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that are sent without contacting us first.
